Palm oil pretreating
Oilseed processing technology includes oilseed storage, drying, preliminary cleaning, pre-treatment, pre-pressing and extraction. The extractor is driven by chains. New structures designed ensures less power consumption, less maintenance cost and no noise. Rotation speed of host machine can be adjusted automatically according to the incoming oilseed quantity to ensure that the bin level is stable. This will do good to form micro negative-pressure in the extractor and reduce the leakage.
Miscella circulation process is improved to reduce solvent use, solvent residue in meal and increase miscella concentration. Energy is saved through reducing the evaporation quantity.
The main extraction way is filtration. Once turnover is designed at the bending part to reduce extraction corner.
