→gear roller crushing→softening→flaking→extrusion→cooling&drying→extraction
oil pretreatment/pre-pressed machinery Characteristics:
1. Full continuous and mechanized operation, and with electrical interlocking control system.
2. The equipment layout is in tower structure, and the material flow by relying on gravity to reduce reducing power consumption.
3. In extrusion process, consider producing extrusion material in different proportions and raw germ extraction, and adjust it at
any time according to product requirements.
4. When producing soybean germ meal, the roller softening pot can better meet the flaking technical requirements.
5. Take into consideration the environmental requirements in modern industry. The workshop is also equipped with the
dedusting system with high performance, so as to meet the requirements of production and environmental protection.
6. Select scraper conveyor as much as possible, which can effectively reduce raw material crushing, improve solvent
permeation into the material layer, and increase the extraction efficiency.

Cleaning process : Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect. And This step is mainly to
clean the big impurities ,like the stone , big dust , iron etc .

Crushing Process
This Process is mainly to crush the peanut , as the peanut is big ,it is not easy to press .We must crush the peanut to 6-8 pcs .
Then we need to peel . The rate of peel is about 90% .
Crusher
Flaking Process
After crush and peel ,we need to flake the crushed peanut , which make the cell wall of peanut broken . And we flake the peanut
to 0.55 mm thickness . Then it is useful for the oil extracting .
Cooking Process
After the crush and peel ,we need to cook the cushed peanut , and control the moisture at 5-7% , the temperature is 110-115degree .

Pre-pressing
After all the pretreatment , we pre- press the peanut , the oil can be extracted 76-78% , Then need to the second press ,this time , we can extract oil 12-14% .Then it will let 12-13% ,we will solvent extract them .
Filter process
After we get the crude oil , then we will filter it , Wiping off some impurities .
