Detailed Product Description
Uses:Pit Nitriding Furnace Gas nitriding of carbon steel, alloy steel, powder metallurgy materials.
Structure Description:The pit gas nitriding furnace consists of shell, lining, furnace tank, door,heating electric elements, circular fan and electric control systems ,etc.
Features:
1.The lining is piled by full-fiber refractory material. This kind of material is lighter and has longer life.
2.The heating electric elements are made by 0Cr21Al6Nb resistors and have a wavy type.
3.The door's inside use aluminum silicate refractory fiber to keep seal.
4.The furnace has a strong fan, so the circular wind could achieve temperature uniformity.
5.The electric control system consists of micro-computer,intelligent digital display temperature controller and printers.
