The production pallet circulates round the carrousel from the cleaning station to the demoulding station, where the finished product is removed. It is transported from workstation to workstation, passing through the various production stages. The pallet consists of a painted shakeproof welded steel structure with a polished smooth mould surface.
1.Material: made of stainless steel or carbon steel of Q345.
Surface technology: surface polishing can be also made.
Size: 9m*4m or by your requirements.
Steel plate thickness : 80mm or 100mm or according to your requirements.
Weight: more than 5.7T depending on pallets size.
Hardness: 183HB

2.Advantages:
Antioxidant stainless steel panel , far higher than the corrosion resistance of carbon steel panels. Not corrode and damage the quality of the product surface contamination.
3. The testing for the tensile yield strength of Q345.
