Part 1: Function description:
The production of precast concrete parts is done on casing pallets that are transported in a circuit from station to station.
The precast elements are primarily flat parts such as floors (floor slabs and hollow core slabs) ,walls (solid walls, double walls, sandwich elements).
The special parts or other precast concrete parts can be produced by casing pallets too.
Part 2: Main feature:
* Made of High quality steel Q345
Advantages compared with Q235 steel:
Q235: yield point is 235MPa, tensile strength 375-460MPa (3750-4600kgf/cm2)
Q345: yield point 345MPa, tensile strength 490-620MPa (4900-6200kgf/cm2)
Part 3: the final products can be produced by the steel circulation pallets.
