Semi-automatic rigid box making machine is a complete set of deluxe coverpaper and greyboard box assembly line, which is composed of 4 sets of small machines. They are all of quick speed, high product quality, and simple operation.
HM-650A Automatic Glue Coating Machine:
The main engines are equipped with suction devices under the conveyor belt to effctively avoiding glued paper’s bending and curling thus avoid bubbling inside the finished box.

HM-40 Corner Pasting Machine is mainly used for forming and corner pasting for gray boards to be applicable in coordination.
This machine can make approximately 1000-1300 box covers every hour.
By the way, manual positioning the pasted greyboard box onto the glued coverpaper. This positioning can also achieve 1000-1300 such boxes every hour.
