Thermal Protector - HVA1
Overview:
HVA1 & HVAA1 adopt bimetal to control the temperature. Specially using gold-plated low resistance circuit as its internal part and let the performance become highly efficiency.
Because of constant temperature control design, and compact shape, they are very applicable to heating blanket, heating pad, and all kinds of home appliances.
Features:
1. Introducing good electric conductivity bimetal and gold-plated silver contact to
ensure its load-bearing normal electric current and to be used in low voltage/low electric current.
2. The contact is of gradual open & gradual close design that can avoid creating a
conspicuous temperature difference to keep up in a constant-temperature condition.
3. The temperature of the thermal switch is pre-setup before leaving the factory to be
used in place where desont need temperature modulation.
4. The terminal can be directly connected to wire.Its metal case is electric current
passable that can be functioned with an isolation sleeve on it.
5. Option:
VA1 one-sided terminal
VAA1 two-sided terminals
VAA1 (L) is designed with extra gluing terminals to overcome an easy breaking on the copper core after wiring.
Wiring processing is acceptable according to customers request.
