1.  Summarization

When developing the EMM series high pressure machine, Technology with the "best practices" "plug and play", all of the machine’s parts and module are installed at one frame, component’s pipes short, pressure small, precise at the temperature control, optimization of the control technology, improve the equipment’s reliability and the production’s quantity.

The EMM078-A40 High pressure machine has 1 POLY. barrel and 1 ISO. barrel, and two metering units drive 

by independence motors, through changing the metering pumps output to change the pumps output. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane pouring products.

2.  Main parameters and descriptions for the equipment

2.3 Suitable material viscosity (22°C):

isocyanate: max. 5-200 mPs

2.4 Pouring output:  60~600g/s (1:1), with ratio range adjustable 5:1~1:1

2.5 Pouring program time: 0.5~99.99sec

2.6 Inject the quantity of the procedure: 

Manual inject: 9

Automatic inject: 99

2.7  Metering unit: Measurement accuracy≤0.5%

All the parts such as Shift motor, Gear metering pump, Bracket, Coupling is using to metering the components’ flowout.

2.8 Working pressure limit and control system

Both polyol and isocyanate side working pressure are allowed in a range of 6~22Mpa. Whenever the working pressure exceeds the range, the pouring operation will be stopped automatically and an alarm message of < working pressure abnormality > will be displaying on control panel at the same time.

The limit pressure of the metering pump is pre-settled as 25Mpa and with mechanical & electrical safety protection:

--- Mechanical protection: the relief valve function open whenever pressure reach 25Mpa, 

--- Electrical protection: the metering unit emergency stop, audio alarm, and a message of <pump over pressure> display on panel screen.

The POLY. metering pump inlet pressure protection is pre-settled as 0.25Mpa, and the ISO. metering pump inlet pressure protection is pre-settled as 0.15Mpa. Whenever the inlet pressure lower than the preset value, the metering unit emergency stop, audio alarm, and a message of <pump pre-pressure too low> display on panel screen.

2.9 Components’ flow output control and testing units

Bases on the pump’s flowout and the components’ mixing inquery, set two parameters in the pouring course; the two metering units are drived by two independence motors , through change variable high-pressure displacement of the metering pump’s flow out to control the metering pump’s output.

2.10 Component filter:  

Two components furnished with filter separately, and the filters’ precision is 330μm. Rotate the axle of the filter and fixed blowdown regularly.
