I, Products instruction:
Vegetable fiber cement board also know as CFC(cellulose fiber cement board):make by non-asbestos free vegetable fibers , mineral fibers cement board, organic synthetic fibers or cellulose fibers alone or mixed as a reinforcing material. Use ordinary portland cement or siliceous cement, calcareous material instead part of the cement to be cementitious materials(Siliceous and calcareous materials can not exceed 80% of the total amount of cementitious material) Make from pulp, molding, steam or high pressure steam curing.

II, Classification of vegetable fiber cement board:
Divide into 3 categories according to the density:low density board 0.8~1.1g/cm³, medium density board 1.1~1.4g/cm³,high density board1.4~1.7g/cm³
Base on the use performance can be divided into:internal wall panel, external wall panel, floor board
III, Vegetable' fiber cement's physical properties and selection criteria.
1,Low-density board:Only suitable for the area free from effect of sun,rain, snow.
2,Medium density board:Suitable for the area with sun and rain. Should be surface coating or impregnation treatment before use. Generally it can not be used for the frozen region. Only if after ≥200 freeze-thaw cycle test. It is without cracking and delamination.
3, High-density:Suitable for the area with sun, rain and snow. Should be surface coating or impregnation treatment before use. When use for the frozen area building as non-load-bearing external walls, its water absorption should not >20%, and the outside layer should do waterproof treatment.
4, Vegetable fiber cement board select should consider the main indicators as following:density, flexural strength, water absorption, watertightness, moisture content, wet inflation rate, non-flammable, flame retardant properties.

VI, What are the advantages of Vegetable fiber cement board compared to other board?

VI, Fiber cement's features:
1, Fire-proof insulation: Class A non-combustible, no burin when catch fire, without toxic fumes, low thermal conductivity. It is the ideal insulation material.
2, Waterproof and moisture-resistant: Maintain stable performance, no sag or deformation at semi-open and high-humidity environment.
3, Good heat and sound insulation: Low thermal conductivity, good insulation properties, high density, soundproof.
4, Light weight and high-strength:Forcing by 5000T flat vulcanizing machine, with high strength, not easy to deformation and warping, light weight. Suitable to the roof ceiling and other aspects.
5, Simple construction: Dry construction, simple and quick installation of the keel and panel. Same characteristics of the deep processing products.
6, Economic and aesthetic:Light weight, the good coordinate with the keel help to reduce the engineering and decoration cost. Because of the uniform color appearance and smooth surface, direct use can unity the building surface color.

VII, Range of application:
Ground substrate of light steel structure, external cladding board, Internal(bathroom) partition, sound-absorbing ceiling, curtain wall plate, composite wall panel, outdoor billboard, metallurgy, electric furnace insulation panel, electrical distribution cabinet, transformer partition etc.
VIII, Application and construction:
Moving, cutting and construction: Fiber cement board itself is heavy, need at least 2 people to move the complete uncut board. 4mm-6mm is thin board, thin board is easy to fragile compare to the thick one. Need to be careful when move. It is easily to be broken and damaged if do not pay attention to the protection.
Need at least 2 people to install the fiber cement board. One people stabilize the board position, one person fix it by specifical nails.
Normally need electric saw or mechanical cutter for the fiber cement board cutting. There are 3 cutting method as following,
1, Thin board could be cut by a heavy tool
2,Use fiber cutter(Australia cutting method)
3, Thick board or high density board should cut by electric saw.
Pay attention to the wind direction during the cutting process. Ware a mask or specifical protective tools, avoid power inhaled. It may cause disease if the power keep inhale into the lung for a long time.
After the installation, you can place a variety of coating for the decoration. (The places exposed in the air need to use waterproof coating.)
The gap of fasten board should be filled wood material. The entire surface of the wood material should be coated.Which can extend the use life.
The fasten and coated fiber cement board require small maintenance work. The thick and high density fiber cement boards are with good impact resistance. But the thick and low density boards need to be protected by external collision. The fiber cement board are free from white ant, hard to decay, good corrosion resistance compare to the wood wall board.
