Ⅰ Product Introduction:
EPS color steel coated sandwich panel is a kind of new building board. It is also a kind of super light building board, which uses color coated steel sheet for surface materials, expanded polystyrene (EPS) for core material, heating and pressuring with heat curing glue in continuous machine to compound them together. It has the following characteristics: light weight ( 1/20-1/30 the weight of concrete wall), heat preservation and heat insulation ( thermal conductivity: 0.034W/mk ), quick insulation(construction without water, and no need decoration). It is a new enclosure material with the function of load bearing, thermal insulation, waterproofing, and decoration.

1,Light weight: 10~14kg/m².
2,Convenient to install, short construction period, low cost.
3,High bearing capacity,high intensity and high rigidity.
4,Flexible in use. The length depends on designs, transportation and assembling.
5,Good heat and sound insulation, good moisture retention. Average thermal conductivity: 0.032W/mk.
6,Thermal conductivity: 0.063λ-0.019λ
7,Temperature: -70°C-80°C
8,Oxygen index: ≥26 OI
Ⅲ Application:
Purification plant ceiling and wall, industrial plants, warehouses and refrigeration storage for purification products, the large span board, original building additional layers, temporary office, shops, market , booth .
