The machine is made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and easy to wash. Besides, its operation is simple and performance is stable.
After the machine connected with power supply and air supply, manually upend the barrel in the de-capping head and step on the pedal by foot, under the action of de-capping cylinder, the caps are pulled off and enters into the recovery tank through the slideway. With this operation, the caps almost suffers no damage and could be used again.
Open the cover of barrel-washing machine, set the barrel which caps are pulled on middle brush of the machine with barrel mouth down and close the cover, then water pump starts working and water enters into the machine, the brush rotates clockwise and the barrel does the same with the driving force of the brush; during the rotation, external brush, bottom brush and side brush scrub the outside of the barrel while internal brush scrubs the inside, in this way, the barrel is completely cleaned and its pre-washing finish.
