| Brief introduction |
After studying all kinds of domestic and oversea gypsum block machine equipment formula and producing process,
and according to market requirements,we developed a kind of new and full-automatic blocks gypsum partitions ,which
has made forming, high-speed stiming and hydraulic jacking together.
Using high accurate hard chrome-plating and automatic scraping equipments to produce the hollow gypsum blocks
according to clients' requirement.

Mixing machine is directly driven by a motor, not only reduce the cost also effectively avoid the motor stirring the
disadvantages of easy burning, mixing head adopts high speed blade type accelerated speed. Lid will automatically
open for workers to operate. Mixing box body with a hydraulic automatic pouring material and the material
automatically when open.
Space fixture using mechanical gravity automatic clamping, compared with the pneumatic hydraulic tightening
device work more stable not easy to fail.
The electric control system uses programmable logic controller (PLC), and is composed of a button box, an electric
control cabinet and other devices near the operators.
