MAS 1
The equipment MAS 1 allows you to make the leap in the production of portable fire extinguishers and wheeled by 1 to 100 kg. capacity. With a loading speed for powders ABC standard of about 1 kg. / Second
allows a filling of approximately 600 extinguishers 6 kg. per day, whereas the dead time for the supply of powder and tanks. The MAS 1 can be integrated into an automatic production line extinguishers. The double containment tanks of the powders, where required is also available the tank

filling. Tankage, is via a practice "hopper" outside, with average times emptying of the big-bag from 1,000 Kg, +, is about 5 min. flowing powder
COMPONENTS
- No 2 tanks 1,5 mc., Equipped with filters, steel. and painted capacity 1000 kg. dust ABC;
- No 2 tanks empty lungs for powder recovery cycle end;
- N.1 hopper for filling the containment tanks powder, with the primary filter break-dust and
cleaning system for any accidental spills of the powder. Filling is done
directly from big-bag, 1000kg in about 4/5 min. flowing powder.
- No. 1 group with an aluminum frame that contains the plane containing the system pesaggio, head of
command, actuators and the emergency button mushroom in full compliance with safety regulations,
the main electrical panel controlled by PLC with the balance display. The system is equipped with 12 memories
weight programmable keyboard;
- No. 1 Vacuum Pump;
- Optional accessory loading trolley.
