Emptying the big-bag in tank through the hopper
The equipment allows MAS1LS1 to make the leap of quality in the maintenance of portable fire extinguishers and trolley from 1 to 100 kg. capacity. With a loading speed for powders ABC standard 1 kg. / second allows a filling of approximately 600 extinguishers 6 kg. per day whereas the dead time for the supply of powder and tanks. The dust is retained in the tank of 1000 kg. The aspiration of the powder in the reservoir is carried out with a hopper direct big-bag, filling times of tank of about 5 min.
COMPONENTS
- No. 1 tank, equipped with filters, in painted carbon steel, of a capacity of 1000 kg. dust ABC;
- N. 1 smaller tank with the function of the empty tank and the fine powder recovery cycle;
- N.1 hopper for filling the containment tanks powder, with the primary filter break-dust and
cleaning system for any accidental spills of the powder. Filling is done
directly from big-bag, 1000kg in about 4/5 min. flowing powder.
- No. 1 group with aluminum frame that contains the vacuum pump, the weighing system, the head of
command, actuators and the emergency button mushroom in full compliance with safety regulations,
the main electrical panel controlled by PLC with the balance display. The system is equipped with 12 memories
weight programmable keyboard;
- Optional accessory loading trolley.
