MAS 1L S1(double)
The equipment allows MAS1LS1 make the leap in the production of portable fire extinguishers and
trolley from 1 to 100 kg. capacity. With a loading speed for powders ABC standard of about 1kg. / second allows a filling of approximately 600 extinguishers 6 kg. per day whereas the dead time for
the supply of powder and tanks. The MAS1LS1 can be integrated into an automatic production line
extinguishers. The double containment tanks of the powders, where required is also available the tank
2000 Kg, allow to work in the continuous phase, alternating the different powders used.
The exchange of the powders to be loaded is done through manual valves and involves mixing of
powders in the first fire extinguisher filled, after the unloading operation.
If the request is possible to provide a system for the exchange of dust automatically with cleaning
pipeline from the residual dust. this solution allows to operate quickly and without waste of materials.
COMPONENTS
- No. 2 tank, equipped with filters and painted capacity of 1000 kg. dust ABC;
- N.1 hopper for filling the containment tanks powder, with the primary filter break-dust and
cleaning system for any accidental spills of the powder. Filling is done
directly from big-bag, 1000kg in about 4/5 min. flowing powder.
- No. 2 recovery tanks - lung vacuum coated steel
- No. 1 group with aluminum frame that contains the weighing system, the control head, actuators
button and the emergency mushroom in full compliance with safety regulations, the electrical
generally controlled by PLC with the balance display. The system is equipped with 12 memories weight
programmable keyboard;
- No. 1 Vacuum Pump;
- Optional accessory loading trolley.
