[Product features]
1High antibacterial and bacteriostatic performance: the processed down products have a notable antibacterial and
bacteriostatic performance even after 50 times washing. Sterilizing rate is above 99.99%
2Deodorization: it can not only remove the peculiar smell of the feather but also can remove the smell during storage
and transport, even the rotting odor
3 Anti-static it can be combined with the negative in the feather to reduce the static.
[Application fields]
It is applicable for feather and wool for purpose of antibacterial, bacteriostatic and anti-static.
[Using method]
This product is added during the finishing process of last bleach wash. It is suggested to add by 2-3% of the water weight.
Process:
Put this product into plastic barrel, and add moderate water then add those into the stirring wool washing machine;
Evenly immerse 5 minutes and put the feather into spin-drier then dryer for drying at temperature 100-120 °C about 10 minutes, and then cooling and packing.
