R-001 can improve the ability of water-proof ,oil-proof and easy anti-foul by special process improve with nano materials.R-001 can be applied in all kinds of natural or synthetic fiber fabrics. After being treated by R-001,The fabric has a good initial not only performance but also washing resistance and dry cleaning fastness.
Even the fabric is dry naturally it also ensures good protection performance.

[Characteristic]
1.Wide application: widely applied in natural fiber and chemical fiber and blended fabric.
2.The water and oil proof film will be produced at high temperature, good washing resistance, do not affect fabric feeling
3.Good intermiscibility , bath with cationic or non ion agent
4.Do not affect the whiteness , light, hand feeling and absorption
5.Do not affect fabrics color.

[Using method]
Padding, Immerseing method by 2-4% diluting with water.
1.Padding process: padding and drying (80-100 °C, 2 to 3 minutes) and baking (150-170 °C)
2.Immerseing process: fabric-dipping (soaking well through)-dehydration (recycling throw, and to join in solution in the tanks impregnation)-drying (150-170 °C)
