Attention
 
(1) avoid heat transfer oil oxidation
To set up the heat expansion slot filling in nitrogen protection to ensure that heat carrier system closed, avoid heat conduction oil contact with air and prolong the service life of heat conduction oil.
(2) avoid heat transfer oil of anti-coking
Strictly control the temperature of the heat transfer oil exit heat carrier, it shall not exceed the highest use temperature.
(3) inspect leakage regularly
Strengthen site monitoring, make sure that the heat carrier system intact not leak, regular testing equipment corrosion leakage situation, repair it when found the leakage .
(4) to prevent heat carrier being intermingled with water and other impurities
please adjust the temperature higher gradually before using the oil, and removing heat conduction oil of water and other light Lord of impurities.
(5) regularly make the test of heat transfer oil index
Regularly measure and analyze the heat carrier carbon residue, acid value, viscosity, flash point and melting point and master its quality change, analyze the reasons for such changes. When acid value exceeds 0.5 mg KOH/g, viscosity changes to 15%, flash point rate reaches 20%, carbon residue (mass fraction) reach 1.5%, which proofs that  heat conduction oil performance has changed .please appropriately complements new heat carrier, and make the system of the residual carbon basic remained stable.
