The XE2 suspending agent is widely applied in starch materials beverage and starch material milk beverage,such as mung juice, mung milk, maize juice, maize milk, eight-treasure porridge, Chinese chestnut juice, Chinese chestnut milk, yam milk, Polygonum multiflorum milk and other vegetation starch materials beverage.
This product is added in beverage according to the usage, makes the beverage got the good liquidity , the palate smooth characteristic and keep the flavor and taste of the raw material. The XE2 suspending agent guarantee the beverage no precipitation, no separated layer, no flocculation and no water separated out in a limit shelf life.

Usage:
1. Commonly, its recommended unit is 0.30%~0.40%
2. Usable method
Blending the XE2 and a small quantity of sugar until the powder is no agglomeration. And then put it into hot water slowly and heating it until the temperature is 95°C. Use the high-shear emulsifier or colloid mill heating it and make it dissolve absolutely.
