Product function and application
It is mainly used as thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier, coating agent glaze. This product is widely used in beverage production, such as the production of soft drinks, juice concentrate flavor and essential oils which can be stabilized. It is also used in candy making, like traditional hard (liquor) chicle, soft candy, cotton candy. It could also be used as foam stabilizer.
Applications
1. Essence: emulsification and stability the oil
2. Candy: serves as the anti-crystallizing agent; prevents the sucrose crystal separation; being effective in emulsifying toffee butterfat, avoid the butterfat overflow.
3. Baking products: used in the superficial polishing material; essence spice carrier for baked products
4. Soft drinks: in carbonic acid drink, used for emulsifying and stabling essence, the pigment; Stabilization of beer froth.
5. Drugs manufacturer: used in manufacturing drugs as assistant for keeping stable;Medicinal plaster and pill coherence.
6. Comestics: the cosmetics use in each kind of milk fluid, the surface dew increasing the viscosity, the lubrication.
7. Adhesive agent: For stamps, envelopes and other office supplies adhesion.
8. Papermaking: used in the production of the paint film material for the no-carbon paper.
9. Other: disperse pigment and control viscosity for the watermark; Suspend carbon granules in the high-quality ink; prevent the gunpowder damping in the production of fireworks; prevent to rust in the metal model surface; disperse the pigment and improve the granularity in milk lacquer;starch and dye the textiles.

1. Introduction
Arabic gum also called acacia gum, it is a natural secretion from a tropical wild locust tree, prolificly in the Arab countries named, the application of arabic gum started in India, Africa, Australia and China, it has a few thousand years history yet. Gum arabic is a tasteless gum, exists in form of the oval, colors from light yellow to red yellow. it has a complex molecular structure, including: D-galactose 44%, L-arabinose sugar 24%, D- Glucuronic acids 14.5%, L-rhamnose 13%, 4 - O-methyl - O- Glucuronic acids 1.5%.
