which are mainly designed to serve as power generating

 

TFW2 series brushless 3-phase AC synchronous generator of the latest style, integrated with the technical merits of successful global alternator makers and combination of the latest technologies.

Manufacture under strict quality- control management. Available in two types: single-support or double-support structure, which can fit to the joint of diesel engines that comply with SAE standard, and the domestic diesel engines of type 95.105.113.135 or 150. Conforms to IEC34-1 standard of international Electric Technology Association, GB755 on technology of rotary motor and JB/T3320.1-2000 standard of brushless alternator.

 

The generator and engine can be connected with steel or flexible material.As a small type generating statiom, it can be used in factories, buildings and work sites for lightening and electric power sources/

1. Steady-state voltage regulation rate:≤±1.0%

2. Transient-state voltage regulation rate: ≤-15%,+20%

3. Voltage setting range:≥±10%UN

4. Line-voltage sinusoidal waveform distortion rate

While PN: >100KW, the distortion rate: ≤2.5%

While PN: ≤100KW, the distortion rate: ≤4.0%

5.Voltage deviation while the three-phase loads are out-of-balance: ≤5%

6. Efficiency: the efficiency reaches the average level of the international famous brand alternator

7. Insulation Level: H (temperature rise limit: 125K)

8. Voltage variation between cold-state and hot-state: ≤ 2%

Guarantee for one year or 1200 hours whichever reach first from ex-factory date ,During the guarantee period ,Saint will provide the free easy-damageable spare parts of diesel engine caused by our quality of production or raw material,After expiration ,"Saint "provides cose spare pars maintenance of gensets.
