we are special for gable top carton filling machine (liquid filling).
this type machine is suitable for filling cream, fresh milk, yogurt, dairy product, juice, beaten egg, soyabeen milk, water, etc. It normally adopts low temperature filling, and the finished products are highly fresh, usually kept in cold storage.
The machine is divided into different types according to different output, configuration, automation degree, carton and cap size to satisfy different users' need.
1. Work flow :
Cardboard → Bottom preforming → Bottom heating → Bottom sealing and molding → Ultrasonic capping → Top preforming → Filling → Top sealing and molding → Date printing → Finished product
The whole process is controlled by PLC, and only need one person to operate.

Capacity: 200-2000ml, can be filled in a same machine
Output: 2000-2500 cartons/hour
Packing material: A Type carton, bottom size: 95*95mm, 70*70mm, 57*57mm (one size for one machine)
Cap:capping (Optional), can be done in a same machine. Cap sizes: from φ26-φ36 (one size for one machine)
Filling temperature: 2-50°C
Shelf life: 12 months for whipped cream (-18°C cold storage)
7-21 days for pure milk, yogurt (2-6°C storage)
30-60 days for acid juice (2-6°C storage)

Compressed air pressure: 1.0-1.4 Mpa, Flow rate: 1.4-2M3/min, without oil and dust

Installation requirement: Any smooth floor, such as cement, floor tile, plastic ground, etc. Do not need to make angle.
