- Installation, debug, training and after sales
(1) Installation, debug
After equipments reach the workshop of customer, the equipments shall be placed according to plane layout offered by us. Seasoned technician will be arranged for equipments installation, debug and test production at the same time to make the equipments reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug will take 30-45 days.
(2) Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipments, control and operation of equipments. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer will master the operation and maintenance, can adjust the process and treat different failures.
(3) Quality guarantee
Our goods are all completely new and not used. They’re made of suitable material by adopting new design. The quality, specifications and functions shall meet the demand of contract.
(4) After sales
After installation, 12 months of quality warranty will be offered to the buyers. In quality guarantee period, the technician of buyers shall operate and maintain the equipments according to the product manuals, debug the failures. After quality warranty, life-long service and technology support will be offered to the customer. Wearing parts and other spare parts will be offered at favorable price.
