SMC water tank
The FRP SMC water tank is used to store drink water. It adopts the food grade resin which has no harm to the water. It is pollusion-free, long lifetime, easy to assemble and clean. Now the FRP SMC water tank is widely used for malls, schools, hotels, factories, buildings, restaurants, etc.
Shangrun stainless steel tank’s design, manufacture and installation are based on the National Building Standard Design Atlas 12S101 "rectangle water tank". We use good grade 304 cold rolled stainless steel plates to stamping, molding, then assemble together by using professional argon arc welding technology.(Smc Panel Tanks )
The main components are: tank body, internal support and reinforcement, manholes, inside and outside the ladder, each connecting pipe, water level gauges, steel base, external insulation (optional) and so on.
1. We use good-grade 304 cold rolled stainless steel plate, stable physical and chemical properties, non-heavy metal precipitation, no secondary pollution for water quality.
2. Tank board is molded with precision mold, high strength, light weight, neat appearance, good visual effect.
3. By using professional argon arc welding technology stitching, no welding spatter, weld defects, welding deformation. High strength welding line.
4. Stainless steel surface finish 2B, smooth and clean, not easy to epiphytic algae, easy cleaning and disinfection.
5. Users can flexibly assemble into a variety of site conditions, L-shape, T-type, ladder type etc. (Smc Panel Tanks )
