What is SMC material?
1. Sheet Molding Compound is a fiber-reinforced material, which consists primarily of a thermosetting resin glass fiber.
2. SMC is a high tech material that is used in the manufacturing process in most of our products ranges.
3. The advantage of SMC include, high impact compressive, flexural and tensile strength along with temperature stability.
4. SMC has low profile, low shrink for excellent surface appearance and painting.it's color pigmentable and has excellent
chemical and electrical resistance varied to provide insulation, conductivity or anti static properties.
SMC Water Tank is made of Fiberglass reinforced plastics which is divided in FRP Modular type and SMC combination
type. The major advantage is light weight, anti-rusted, non-leakage, long durable time and easy to clean. It is widely used in
hotel, school,hospital and coal mine enterprise.
Characteristic of SMC water tank
1. It is the water tank of new type adopted in the world presently,and is assembled by wholly good qualitied SMC plates.
2. Food grade resin is adopted,so the quality of water is good and clean ,without pollution, high strength, light weight,
corrosion resistant, nice appearance, long service life ,easy to maintenance etc.

4.we can assemble water tank with volume from 1m3 to 1000m3.if the original water tank needs to be changed,housing
is not needed to be modified ,so it possesses high suitability .sealing belt is especially studied for fixed typed products,
this kind of sealing belt is non-toxic ,water resistant,with high elastic property ,and fastened .Our water tank is with wholly
high strength ,without leakage &deformation ,and is easy to maintenance.

The SMC water tank is assembled by FRP panels,bolts and nuts,frange,ladder,lacing wire,channel beam,iron angle,the sealing tape,etc.
We can assemble the tank size 1-500m3 according to customers'demand.

Steel frame packing , and plywood packing ,1* 20 feet container can put 400 pics of GRP water tank panels ,for a 40 HQ container can put 700pics of water tank panels .
