High quality of ASTM B232 AAAC (All Aluminium Alloy Conductor)
AAAC (All Aluminum Alloy Conductor) referred to have higher strength but lower conductivity than pure aluminum. Being lighter, alloy conductors can sometimes be used to advantage in place of the more conventional ACSR; Having lower breaking loads than the latter, their use becomes particularly favourable when ice and win loadings are low.
We can supply this conductor according to different recognized standards, such as ASTM B232 BS EN50182, IEC61089, ASTM B399DIN 48, customer special specification also can be satisfied.
AAAC 6201 OVERHEAD BARE CONDUCTOR
has been widely used in power transmission lines with various voltage levels, and also used in power lines across great rivers, heavy ice area, etc.
With special geographical situation.
The cables have excellent advantages of high strength, large current carrying capacity and good catenary property as well as wear-resistance, anti-crush and corrosion-froof with simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost for the line, large transmission capacity.
Heat-treatable magnesium silicon type aluminium alloys to BS EN 50182 , the electical and mechnical properties of which all fall within the values suggested by publication 104 of the International Electrotechnical Commission. Conductors to all other recognized specifications can also be supplied.

Remarks:
1.Any crush or bump should be avoided during handling and transportation of the product.
2.The cable drum is not allowed to be placed with one flange up and the other down during transportation and storage of the products.
3.A moisture-proof measure should be taken during storage of the product
4.Corrugated aluminium pipe busbar, made of aluminium wires or aluminium alloy wires stranded around aluminium pipe.
