Product Description

 

 

Application:

xlpe power cable 10mm2 copper cable are used for general purpose, as building wire for power, lighting and control.wire to electrical appliances, suitable for use in conduit and for fixed, protected installation.

 

 

It applies to electrical power transmission and distribution lines with AC rated voltage UO/U up to and including 0.6/1KV. For outdoor and indoor installation in damp and wet locations, laid directly in the ground where excessive mechanical stresses are present in sloping and moving terrains and in vertical or inclined laying, as well as in locations susceptible to sliding.

 

 

Detailed Spec.:

1. U0/U: 0.6/1KV, 8.7/15KV, 26/35KV

 

2. Standard applied: IEC60502, BS7870, GB/T12706

 

3. Max. working temperature: 70 °C , can be 90 °C for PVC cable;

105 °C and 125 °C for XLPE cable as per requirement

 

4. Conductor: Class 1/2 Plain annealed copper/aluminum wires

 

5. Insulation: XLPE

 

6. Cores: 1~5 cores

 

7. Cross section area: 0.75~630mm2

 

8. Sheath: PVC

 

9. Color: Black or as per requirement

 

10. Flame retardant or Fire resistance or low smoking and Halogen free or other property can be avaliable

 

11. 250M/Reel, 300M/Reel, 500M/Reel, 1000M/Reel; or as per request

 

12. Certification: ISO9001/ISO14001 /OHSAS18001/CCC
