1-iPixel LED principally refers to rides makers that ask complete solutions starting from professional
advice to wiring , Powering , Control. so we designed this cabochon style LED bulb which has a radial star
effect with central luminous lens which could expand the lighting
2-Front cap size approx 60mm, base diameter same as our 45mm pixel , it's 19mm, you should punch the
hole size 19.1--35mm
3-each bulb included a plastic screw for installation
4-there is a pair of 3Pin Jst SM connector in each bulb, it's non-waterproof, but also can work it with waterproof connectors,
and the whole body also IP67 waterproof
5-The system is based on the use of RGB LEDs ,Control by SPI controller that can program as nice as you
want using RGB LEDs of excellent quality and an advanced electronics which ensures reliability, high
brightness and a strong visual effect.

You can see from below picture, this 60mm 18leds/pcs led pixel with double PCB, the front is 12leds, the back side is 6leds, both side all with LED, make the pixel with 360 viewing angle.
and it 's dc24v type, with ucs2903 ic chip, 3 jst connectors, and transparent spiral cover.
You can see, it with a very beautiful cover, and the base with a plastic screw for installation.
and you should punch the hole size with 19.1--35mm when use, and the base with 15mm length
You can see the pixel's cap very clearly from this picture, it's transparentcolor , and with a mushroon shape.
and you also can see the cap and the below side of led pixel sealed very well, and there have silicon glue put inside at the back PCB, so with a very good waterproof protection.
It can be 3pin JST female and male connectors, also can work it with waterproof male and female connector
You can see the whole body of these pixel all light, not just the front side, and the color is fantastic.
when it light, it's very beautiful, right ?
It' s a very good choise for : rides, carousels, amusement attractions, luminous signs, Luna Park signs, Casino lighting, Ferris wheel, theme park, amusement park etc.
