ADM-2532 CNC High-speed Drilling & Marking Machine for angles

 

Advantages :

 

1. This machine is composed of transverse conveyor,rotating loading system,infeed conveyor,CNC infeed carriage,

CNC drilling unit,marking unit,unloading conveyor,as well as hydraulic,electric and pneumatic systems etc.

 

2. There are three groups of drilling heads on each side of drilling unit,which can install three kinds of drills with 

different diameters.Three groups of drilling heads can move altogether controlled by CNC to change the drilling

 stadia.

 

3. CNC drilling head uses two linear Motion Rolling Guides,driven by AC servo motor and precision ball screw.

Drilling spindle is Taiwan precision drilling spindle(inner cooling) with disk spring automatic broach mechanism,hydraulic crimping cylinders,It is very convenient to 

change the shank.

 

4. Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity .Marking stadia can be set at will in a limited range

 

5. CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor , The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information .Closed 

loop control to ensure high positioning precision.

 

6. Hydraulic system is mainly used to complete clamping workpiece,crimpling of drilling spindles,hydraulic balance of 

slipway of drilling head and marking

 

7. Control system consists of upper computer,CNC system.servo motor,PLC and outside detection switch etc.

Processing program can be generated automatically as long as operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece.It can 

also accept certain processing program which is made from special software.The program can be stored ,selected ,

displayed and communicated as per the workpiece No..

2. The seller will arrange free training program for the buyer’s staff at the seller’s factory in China, the buyer should
