CNC Angle Iron Punching Cutting (Single-blade) Machine APLD-1412
Product Description
Features:
1) Versatile triple tooling on each side. The angle bar can be processed into finished angle in one time as passing through the machine.
2) Single-blade shearing
3) The machining process is numerically controlled and the operation is very convenient. It can achieve automation, high precision, multi-species and mass production.
4) The upper computer adopts friendly compute r interface which is easy to operate. It can accept certain processing program which is made by special software. And it also supports manual programming.
Advantages:
1) Versatile triple tooling or each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters. Three sets can move together controlled by CNC which is to change the punching stadia.
2)Single-blade shearing ensures smooth cutting section and lowers the consumption of material.
3) Marking unit adopts a closed frame with good rigidity. Four sets of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program. Marking stadia can be set at will.
4) CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information. Closed loop control ensures high positioning precision.
5) Hydraulic system mainly serves for punching, marking pressing and selecting of character boxes.
6) Control system consists of upper computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC and outside detection switch etc. Proceeding program can be generated automatically as long as the operator inputs the dimensions of workpiece. The program data can also be made by lofting software and be stored, called up, displayed and communicated as per the workpiece number.
