1. A Brief Introduction of Bamboo Palltes
compared with wood pallet, bamboo pallet products has characteristics of impact resistance, light self-weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, non-deformation,and long cycle of reuse and so on.it can be used regularly in the temperature of (-50) ~ (+60) degree, no cracking and no degumming (specifications are required according to users)
Good quality bamboo pallet adopt the thin bamboo strip, in the same thickness the layers are much more than the bad quality bamboo pallet, and good quality bamboo pallet only use the caulis part, it has the good agglutinate capacity, in additional the crosswise arrangement can absorb more adhesive, so the good quality has the advantage of high strength, large density, and do not easy to split, so it has longer working life than the bad quality bamboo pallet, meanwhile the user can use the smaller thickness pallet to bear the same weight bricks, in this way the users can save the investment money of brick pallet..
Normally the bad quality bamboo pallet will only have 06~12 months working life in the ordinarily situation but the good quality bamboo pallet perform 12~36 months for brick making.
