H-beam Flange Straightening machine is a kind of H-beam straightening equipment developed by
our company.Its main transmission system is adopted with 22KW motor and driven by cycloidal gear speed reducer,with high transmission efficiency and rapid straightening speed.All the straightening
rollers are all made of quality steel ,and have gone through advanced heat-treatment,insuring long-term stability and usage without defects as crack,etc.Besides,all the parts and components are
reinforced.The machine is equipped with operating box so as to ensure easy operation.
Main Feature:
1.YJZ series hydraulic straightening machine is used for straightening the deformation of steel H beam/I beam web and flange;
2.Hydraulic straightening way has large capacity,wide working range,and it is highly automatic;
3.The straightening wheel and active roller and made from good quality alloy steel,which has been heat treated well,thus ensure long working life;
4.This series included YJZ-60B,YJZ-60C,YJZ-80B;
5.Two side's active rollers are elevated synchronously by hydraulic device.Easy to operaion;
6.The hydraulic bump station has its own system,which can work for long life.

5. What to do if the machine has a problem?
24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within 12 months, we offer free replacement. If beyond 12 months, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.
6. What other things also need after we bought your machines?
(1) With flame cutting: you just need to access to oxygen and fuel gas. (2) With plasma cutting: need plasma power source and air compressor. You can match plasma power supply by yourself, or buy together with the cutter from us, it's optional. If you buy from us, we will connect the wires of plasma power source and CNC cutting machine together, then more conveniently to use.
