Specification:

Steel material surface pretreatment is a kind of treatment technics to remove the surface rust and then coat a layer of shop primer. The surface treatment can optimize the steel plate procession condition,improve CNC Cutting efficiency,ensure cutting face quality, and extend cutting device working life. At the same time, the treatment raises the adhesion of coating  paint to the material surface , thus improve the metal ability of anti-corrosive and surface quality. Lastly,the metal surface pretreatment raisesthe material ability of anti-weary and inside quality.

Steel material pretreatment production line is a full automatic integrated line of -pre-heating,shot blasting, anti-rust,automatic paint spray,drying,anti-dust. The heating source of pre-heating and drying could be chosen from electricity heating.fuel or gas heating, according to different customer on site condition. The pretreatment techinics is an essential equipment for ship construction, machinery, mechanical industry,boiler and motor vehicles and etc.

Main structure and working principle:

The production line includes feeding roller rail,surface clean, pre-heating room, shot blasting chamfer, internal rail,connecting bridge, paint spray room,drying room,outlet roller rail, anti-dust system, and mist treatment system. Others include electrical unit, and sumulating screen which can show the overall working conditions:

So we are manufacturer and trader. The Wuxi part is for trading and Dongtai part is for producting.
