I. Description
For D88 series double end tenoner, it is suitable to process the cutting and grooving in flooring, doors, furniture etc fields. The machine base is processed in large CNC machine. Two high precision linear orbits are assembled to assure the stable movement as well. To keep good performance, machine is widened by servo motor system.
All the electric components are adopted international brands to assure stable and excellence performance. We also use digital controlled system and servo motor for feeding to prevent the shock when starting and stopping the convey belt. This precision location can satisfy to install sided drilling device.

III. Advantage
1. Machine base is over 1300mm width with high precision linear orbits and with steel dusty proof to protect the orbits.
2. High precision lightweight convey belt is assembled with bearings. High feeding speed and less noise, it is suitable for high speed precessing.
3. With the special location locked system and the little fence against the work pieces just with the surface, it will not leave pressed mark in the work pieces.
