1. AdoptsIndraWokds MTX micro control system, withopenness and flexibility.
2. The parts’ processing forthe upper and lower surfaces is simultaneous with high precision, and without assisted positioning ( such as disks )
3. Adopts CBN grinding wheels and finishingtechnology to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency,and keep the consistencyof the workpiece size
4. Upper and lower grindinghead adopts highprecision ball screw with big size and servo motor feeding (ZL200520050915.X), theaccuracy is 0.001mm.
5. Grinding spindle motor adoptsfrequency stepless speed regulation, stable and reliable.
6. The round feeding carrier mechanism adopts AC servomotor, with stable transmission (rotational speed 1-15rpm); Open is flexible,replacing wheel is convenient.
7. UsingMarposs line detection technology to improve the grinding accuracy.8. The machinebody uses finite element design, adopts casting boxlike structure with goodshock absorption and reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
9. The cooling liquid can be recycled after the treatmentthrough the magnetic scraper conveyor - vortex separator - oil cooler - pipefilters.
Our company has modern production workshop, Complex efficient grinding Laboratory , Computer Design Studio , has a variety of testing instruments and equipment over 30 sets of experimental facilities , a variety of processing equipment over 60 sets .
