Product Description

Main purpose
It can process and grind thin parts with parallel side surfaces like motorcycle brake disc, ring type, disk type,ect.
Technical characters
1. Adopts Siemens 802D SL CNC system, servo motor control and the display operation.
2.The machine body adopts casting boxlike structure with good shock absorption and reliable rigidity
and thermal stability; Wheel heads spindle are set by vertical configuration
3.Wheel head feed adopts precise ball screw unit(Patent No:ZL200520050915.X). Feeding scale value:
0.001 mm.
4. Wheel head spindle is driven by converter, 150-950r/min.
5.Adopt hinged feeding carrier mechanism(Patent No: ZL201020261020.1), which is easy
to open to make a convenient change and dressing of the grinding wheel.
6. Adopt grinding segment for grinding (patent number: ZL201020261024.X), to achieve
motorcycle brake grinding.
7. Feeding carrier adopts Oil motor drive , with stepless speed.
8. Filtered by magnetic and paper tape two steps, the coolant recycle after oil temperature controller.
