1.Introduction of 3-phase And Voltage Relay
Warning!This product is generally a three-phase power supply side of the sample, shall not be installed in the inverter current output side!
JVDR series multi-function phase sequence vlitage protection(also know as three-phase power supply monitor, phase sequence protection, over voltage protection, etc.)mainly for the exchange of 50/60 HZ, rated voltage 460V below, industrial three-phase 220V,380V,440V,460V and so the voltage levels of a variety of fault detection, on the three-phase input power supply voltage is too high,low voltage,phase, raverse phase(phase sequence), to voltage unbalance relay protection, products are widely used in air compressor, electric motors, power distribution boxes, pumps,fuel pumps,centrial air conditioning units, electrial control boxes, distribution cabinets,cranes,etc.,such as central air-conditioning compressor protection, monitoring of various power lifts, water pump, oil pump anti-phase, reverse phase protection, maintenance of industrial equipment operating in the normal operating voltage equipment indispensable protection produdts.
2.Structural Features:
A.Installation:The base is made of rail protectors, equipped with two M4 screw structure, direct and independent installaton or TH35 rail mounting.
B.light:the five lights are to indicate: normal phase (phase voltage imbalance), reverse phase, overvoltage, undervoltage.
C.Dimensions:79mm*23mm*79mm.
3.Protection Features:
A.The lack of protection: it means the protection circuit in the running state, the occurence of any one phase open phase failure, delay 2S action.
B.reverse protection: to prevent L1,L2,L3 connected three-phase fault of a phase sequence protection, delay 2s action.
C.voltage unbalance protection:three-phase voltage imbalance that will affect the safe operation of a circuit protection,protection delay 2S action.
D.Over voltage protection: it means the protection circuit voltage higher than the set value, delay 3~8S action to restore back to the differerce of 6~20VAC.
E.voltage protection: it means the protection circuit voltage below the set value, delay 3~8S action to restore back to the difference of 3~20VAC.
4.Protective Funtion of 3-phase And Voltage Relay
A.Phase Loss protection:power will be cut off during phase lose;
B.Phase sequence protection:power will be cut off during when wrong phase sequence;
C.Under voltage protection:power will be cut off during under-voltage;
D.Over voltage protectionpower will be cut off during over-voltage;
