2.Purpose of HPG1810 H I C BOX pipe plate steel sand blasting shot blasting machine
The work-piece is transported by conveying roller system, go passing through the front chamber, entering into the shot-blasting chamber. The blasting wheels installed on the blasting chamber will make use of the impeller rotating in high speed to shot out the steel grit and hitting on the surface of the work-piece to remove the oxidation skin, rust, feculence to reach the cleaning and elimination purpose. Then the work-piece will go through the back chamber then transported out by the conveying roller. Then the worker can do manual bottom painting on work-piece. Therefore to each the purpose of making steel material de-rusting and preventing from rusting.
