ASG type CNC hyperbolic bevel cutting machine is the latest product developed by our company according the feeding features in wind power generation and water generation industries. This machine has the features of high production efficiency, little thermal deformation, and high cutting precision. Besides, it can cut the plates with different bevel style, such as V-style and K- style. The cut parts can be automatically welded after rolling
+ 90 triple torch bevel station
±90 degree rotating triple torch is consists of three flame torches, the middle torch is fixed, the left and right torch can be adjusted by manual in 0-45 degree. The triple torch is equipped with rotating device. The first Torch is used for cutting of under bevel. Second torch is used for vertical cutting, third one for cutting of upper bevel. The space of two torches is 20mm, the rotating device automatically adjust the bevel angle according to different curvature to make cutting torch always perpendicular to curve. The bevel types are: I, X, V, K etc. Since the bevel angle has direct relationship with cutting thickness, then, the max. curve bevel thickness is not more than 70mm due to the structure limited.
