QXL series combined circulation water pipe hot water boiler of new type and large capacity, introduced from Harbin Institute of Technology, adopts the structure of single transverse drum, with the convection tube bank heating area consisting of major diameter box and pipes on the left and the right of the boiler and the air pre-heater in the rear of the boiler.

Features:

1. The boiler adopts the combined circulation of natural circulation and forced circulation to ensure the water velocity of heating tubes of each circulation loop much higher than the lowest safe water velocity, to totally eliminate the possibility that the water cooling tube may burs and to ensure the safety of the water power.

2.The furnace is coated inside the convection heating surface, which reduce the requirements of furnace wall insulation materials, thus the light furnace wall structure is favorable.

3. the front and rear furnace arch adopts the design of diversion with the rear arch low and long, so the rate of coverage is high. It has good adaptability of coal types; complete combustion; high thermal efficiency.

4.the body, designed into the frame structure, adopts the combination structure of side water cooling walls and water pipe convection as the supporting parts of the whole boiler, which greatly reduces the height of the boiler, and the boiler can run stably, safely and reliably with small construction investment.

5. The furnace inside smoke inertial separation technology make the original emission concentration lower than the value in GB13271 Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Coal-Burning Oil-Burning Gas-Fired Boiler.

6. All the convection heating areas are washing crosswise, which not only make the heating areas transfer heat in a high efficiency and heat up fast, but also design and fit cleaning door and repair door on the gas flue of each convection heating area, which make management and maintenance convenient.
