Functions:
1. to make procured tread bonded firmly together with old tyre, automatic temperature-controlled, automatic pressure relief once exceeding the pressure set.

3. to make interfusion of procured tread and used tyre core though vacuum pumping, pressurization and heating and so on, and increase the intensity and wear ability of tread at the same time.
