Application:
The unit of machine is suit for automatic weighing, filling and packaging powder material such as: milk powder, coffee powder, ice cream powder, ice powder etc. It can making Middle size of pillow or gusset type of bag .
Advantage:
Our VFS5000F automatic weighing packing machinery unit is made up of a VFS7300 standing filling packing machine, a CJS2000-F weighing machine, and a DT2 vertical bucket elevator.
Features of VFS5000F Automatic Weighing Packing Machine Unit
1. The functions of automatic weighing packing equipment include bag-making, filling, sealing, printing, punching and counting.
2. This machine is equipped with a servomotor automatic deviation for film pulling with timing belt.
3. Reliable performance-based PLC control apparatuses are supplied from internationally well-known companies.
4. Both transverse and longitudinal seal mechanisms adopt pneumatic system. Thus, guarantees steady packaging operational system.
5. VFS7300 is easy to maintain.
