All type of heat sealable preformed side seal bags, fin seal bags, gusseted bags, block bottom bags, zip-lock re-closeable bags, stand-up pouch with or without spout, etc.

Safety:
1 No bag – no filling- no sealing, machine alarm.
2 Bag opening miss- no filling-no sealing, machine alarm.
3 Machine stop or alarm when the air pressure is abnormal.
4 Error position display at the control panel.
5 Control panel locate on the right side top of the machine.
6 Outside of the machine and all the parts which touch production all made by stainless steel.
7 There are several safety doors made by aluminum Profile Frame.
8 Machine surface can be wash by water and brush by cloth.

Working Process :
Station 1 Bag dispensing (Bag feeding)
Horizontal type feeding bag
Station 2 Coding (Date Printing)
Ribbon or Ink-jet for option
Station 3 Zipper opening There are suckers to open the bag and an opening detection device insert into the opened bag to expanding it and detect if it is open or not.
Station 4 Bag Opening
To ensure the bag opened enough.
Station 5 Filling solid
Measured its weight by RZKZ-10, its weight can be adjusted by the touch screen on the computer combination scale
Station 6 Dust clean
Station7 Heat sealing
To seal the bag with a couple of heat sealing air bar
Station 8 Forming and product output To make the sealing stable and preventing from wrinkling with a couple of cold press, then output the finished production automatically.( the sealing pattern you can option, net or straight lines)

The installation can be provided by the ZENGRAN company.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with ZENGRAN company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
