Precise reverse roll coater
Function:
(1)This equipment adopts the consecutive rolling coating method. The paint roller runs to get the paint from the bottom paint plate, getting through the film-fixation roller and getting the required thickness of the paint and coating it on the surface of Aluminium coil. Since the rollers are all with precise multi-treatment, it can coat equally on the Aluminium coil surface, which assures the high quality of the coating. By the coating method as consecutive rolling, it can also reduce cost of the paint solvent, reduce much for the air pollution, improve the efficiency of the coating and the security for the operation.
(2) The precise rollers group for the painting are produced under strict controlling without exception by that multiple such as grinding, sand blasting, plating with the hard chromium processing procedure , and veracity deviation can be controlled within ±0.005 mm
(3) All of the driving motors are D.C. motors and is combined with synchronization, in accordance with the speed-fixation rollers move at the same speed with excellent stability. Each coating roller is designed with an accurate micro-adjustment speed-changing set, which can easily control the speed according to the characteristic of the various coating material and the films.

The three rollers precise coating machine is widely used in coating of the aluminum roll. Its characteristics are: large area of distribution, equal thickness of distributed film, high speed, no waste. There it is commonly used among industries such as the aluminum composite panel.
Main structure and performances:
1. The machine shelf adopts a welding part of armor plate structure with profiled bar with excellent intensity and strong stiffness.
2. The slide of the bearing and the guide rail are well processed, connected with the machine shelf by bolts.
3. The bearings used for the coating roller, the film roller and the collecting roller are all imported with small in-depth vibration, meeting the coating purpose.
4. Regulated the clearance by the slide on the slope board and the single (combined) regulating pole at a high speed with excellent stability.
5. The coating roller, film roller and collecting roller are all mirror metal wheel with high stiffness. The film so coated will be smooth, steady and equally distributed.
6. All of the driving motors are D.C. motors and are connected by the universal axle. The running the motors are steady to maintain invariable running.
7. The back supporting roller adopts a cylinder to advance and retreat automatically. Regulate the contact area between the coating roller and the aluminum coil on the hand roller and the back supporting roller in order to achieve the best coating effect.
