This equipment is designed for continuous extrusion of PE core board composited with upper and lower aluminum coils with high-polymer films, thermo compressed and cut into pieces of Aluminum composite panels with certain size.
Coated aluminum coil is uncoiled by uncoiling device with precise magnetic particle tension control system, which can assure aluminum coil's tension is tight and stabilify aluminium coils to compound.
Composite panel of sandwich shape with fixed-length inductor feedback signal, which makes the circinal sawing unit synchronously move towards panel's working orientation. After the cut of the aluminum panels, the circinal sawing unit soon returns to its primary position.
