Walking Crawler Drill Rig Drilling Machine
Crawler mounted geotechnical drill rig derived from core drill rig, and it is a new kind of core drilling rig which integrates drilling rig, crawler, mast, mud pump, control panel and many other devices into one unit. The new drilling rig is a kind of integration and modular drilling equipment with quick migration; it is designed mainly for geotechnical drilling for railroad, highway, bridge, tunnel, hydropower station, civil and industrial buildings and blasting holes etc. and drilling for minerals, especial for where mobility and set up time are important.
FEATURES:
1, Integrate the drill rig, crawler , mast, mud pump, control panel into one unit.
2, Walking of the crawler, base support and the rising and falling of the mast are all driven by the hydraulic system of the drilling rig , and it is very easy to operate.
3, The whole drilling equipment can be moved in whole, increasing drilling efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
4, Having mast landing and folded function, it is to walk and transport.
5, The drilling rig is spindle type, mechanical transmission, hydraulic feeding, and hydraulic clamping drilling tool. When rotary drilling it can carry out alloy-bit drilling and diamond drilling. When impact drilling it can achieve impact—vibration casing while drilling.
