1000m 2000m 3000m XY-8 Deep Mineral Drilling Rig for Mineral Exploration
Main Applications:
XY-8 Core Drill, a new type of product with enhanced capacity, is a kind of hydraulic-driven, spindle, diamond-bit, small-diameter core drill with fairly powerful drilling force.
It is mainly suitable for exploration of metal or non-metal solid mineral ore bed. It is widely applied in core drill with diamond bit or hard tungsten-carbide-tipped bit and diamond bit in the field of geology, metallurgy, coal mine, hydroligical and engineering drillling.
It can also be used in the fields of superficial-zone petroleum and natural gas mining, mine workings ventilati on and water discharge tunnel drilling as well as foundation pile construction in large diameter. It is in reasonable structure, light weight, powerful capacity, multi use, steady performance, high responsibility and high standardization and generalization.
Features:
1. Machine adopts pneumatic shift Fastgear 8JS118 auto transmission and clutch, compact structure, smooth operation, stable performance, good wildcard.
2. Using auto-control felxible-shaft shift agency, we achieve the long-distance transmission shift. The pneumatic shif is light and has the advantage of mommization.
3. Reasonable speed range and many speed radixes(8 forward speed, 1 reverse speed), with low-speed it has big torque(Max. up to 8000N.m)
4. Using concentrated forced lubrucation system, as long as the rig runs, the separate lubrication oil pump starts working and sends lubrication oil to each node that requires lubrication. When the oil lubricates drive mechanism, it will also take away the heat inside,(lubrication system with separate condenser), to prevent the components from heat caused ny high-speed high-load state.
5. The rig adopts involute splined vertical shaft instead of the traditional hexagonal vertical shaft, exponentiallly increasing gyrator transmission efficiency and carrying capacity. And new spindle shaft has big hole diameter(96mm), with twin cylinder hydraulic feed the trip is much longer(up to 1000mm), especially suitable for large diameter drill pipe wireline coring, help to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the hole accident.
6. Big drilling capacity, 71 mm diameter wireline coring, rated drilling depth is 1650m.
7. Light weight and can be disassemled to many parts, net weight 6500kg.
8. The chuck is hydrualic-release normally closed hydraulic chuck, new structure, good compensatory. Carbide inset&welded slip structure, has large clamping force, long life, reliable.
9. With water brake, in deep hole drilling, it's safer and more smooth to put down the drill pipe.
10. Hydraulic oil is supplied by gear oil pump, less power consumption, and the hydraulic system oil temperature is low and stable work. The system is equipped with a hand pump. When power machine can not work, workers can stil use hand pump to lift tools from the botton of the hole, in order to avoid burying accidents.
11. Advanced and compact structure, reasonable layout, all components are revealed outside, do not overlap, ease of maintenance, maintenance and repair.
12. The rig has a low center of gravity and long backward stroke(up to 530mm). Easy to be fixed on tower base, the rig has good stability in high-spped drilling.
13. With shockproof meter, it's easy to observe hole situation. Control-handles are in reasonable layout, operation is flexible and reliable.
