Applications:
XY-2BTC drilling rig is a kind of trailer mounted core drilling rig with hydraulic mast for shallow-medium depth hole core drilling. It is not only suitable for carbide, diamond bit drilling for large and small diameter core drilling, but also can be used for engineering geological survey, hydrology, water wells, and the construction of large diameter drilling and anchoring hole construction. The tower of the rig has function of the ups and downs, folding , the angle of the mast can be adjusted to drill inclined holes.
Features:
- The drilling rig is mounted on a wheeled chassis, and the tower on the rig with ups and downs, folding function, it is easy to move .
- The rig with more (8 block) speed of progression and reasonable speed range, and the low-speed torque is relatively large, wide application.
- The rig has two reverse gear speeds, easy to handle accidents.
- Powered largely, equipped with F3129L diesel engines.
- The rig has advanced structure, reasonable layout, ease of maintenance, maintenance and repair.
- The rig has longer feed stroke as long as 540mm, will help improve drilling efficiency and reduce blocking drill, burn drilling bit accidents.
- Moving smoothly, fixed simply and reliably, good stability when drilling with high-speed.
- Twin oil pump to supply oil, less power consumption, lower temperature of oil hydraulic system.
- Fewer operating levers, flexible and reliable operation.
- Not only drilling hard rock with high-speed , but also can drill large diameter hole with low-speed.
- In addition there is normally upper closed hydraulic spindle chuck , but also with lower mechanical manual chuck.
