Applications:
XYD-130 crawler mounted water well drilling rig is developed base on XY-130 Core Drilling Rig, integrating drilling rig, crawler, mast, mud pump and control panel into whole. The rig is a kind of drilling rig which is mainly used for drilling shallow-medium hole for minerals,engineering geological, hydro-geological, water well and pile grouting hole drilling, and especially for where mobility and set up time are imprtant. It is a type of integration and modular drilling equipment with quick migration.
Features:
- Integrated crawler traveling device, mud pump, control panel into one whole;2.
- Caterpillar walking, base support, mast landing are all driven by the hydraulic system of drilling rig, it is easy to operate;
- It is easy to move around and from or to at work site, improve the drilling efficient, and reduce the intensity of labor;
- Mast landing, folding function for easy walking and transportation.
- Have more speeds (8-speed), reasonable speed range, and big torque at lower speed, wide applications;
- Having two reverse speeds, it is easy to handle the accidents.
- The feed stroke of spindle is 600 mm, help to improve drilling efficiency, reduce blocking and burning of bit, easy to handle drilling accidents.
- Twin-gear oil pump to supply oil for the hydraulic system of drilling rig, less power consumption, lower temperature of the hydraulic system.
- Few control levers, reasonable layout, flexible and reliable manipulation.
- Have normally a closed hydraulic chuck, also equipped with a lower mechanical manual chuck.
