Methods Of Work:
The lifting weightlimiter that measuring and indicating the lifting weight timely as connectingthe load cells signal, sending out acoustic optic alarm, outputting controlsignal and cutting off the rising looping power supply when weight reaches thestipulated value.When lifting weights up to 90%FS(can be set), the limiterearly warning signals, intermittent buzzer sound. When lifting weights up to105% FS (can be set), the limitation and an alarm signal: red indicator light,continuous buzzer sound. To avoid shock load caused by transient falseoverload, the data filtering process, if continuous overload for more than 2seconds, the judge is really overloaded, immediately switch off the powerlifting circuit. The point with hysteresis, when lifting objects weighing downto below the rated lifting capacity, the relay will resume. When liftingweights 110%FS, the relay action, immediately cut off circuit power at the sametime lifting the red indicator light, buzzer sound continuously. The point alsohas hysteresis, when lifting the weight of material reduced to nominal weightof the following, the relay will resume.
